Items Displayed in Usage Status
In the "Usage Statistics" (school administrators) and "Usage Status of Each School" (municipal administration screen), you can refer to DAUs (Daily Active Users), login rates, etc. for your school.
Usage statistics can also be downloaded as an Excel file.
It is possible to determine how many students at a school are accessing the system at the same time per day, even in months when the number of accesses fluctuates frequently, such as during test periods.

Number of Users
It reflects the number of teacher and student accounts registered in the school's LoiLo account.
This may differ from the actual number of students and teachers.
DAU (Daily Active Users)
This is the number of users who accessed the site on days when the number of users accessing the site per day was in the top 90% during the period.
The 90% tile is used for performance testing and other purposes.
Login Rate
The number is calculated by (DAU / Number of users) x 100.

Q1. Why do you employ the top 90% accessed days as DAUs?
Access to LoiLo at schools may vary widely from day to day, including differences between weekdays and holidays, regular class periods and events and testing periods.
Therefore, taking an average of each schedule, it may be difficult to determine an accurate figure for months that include testing periods or events.
DAUs are displayed for the days when the top 90% of accesses are received, which is often incorporated into performance evaluations and is expected to produce a figure closer to the actual usage of each school.
Q2. The number of users is far from the actual number of students and teachers. How should we handle this?
The number of users refers to the number of teacher and student accounts registered in a school's LoiLo account.
Therefore, it may reflect a higher number than the actual number of teachers and students due to reasons such as "training accounts have been added" or "accounts of teachers who have been transferred and remain in the system".
